Wow-sorry it has been awhile - busy and then went on vacation. My SCE&G bill was 27% cheaper this time vs. same time last year - huge considering the door was open for 4 days...very pleased! I think the bill this month will really be indicative of the change due to the insulation. I'm pleased with the door and the final outcome...thank you. -Karen

Your crews finished the last of the work yesterday. As you recall, I had my house re-roofed, Rain-Flow installed in my gutters, soffitt and fascia work, and two exterior doors replaced. Across the board, your folks were absolute professionals. The work flowed smoothly, everyone was respectful and polite, and my place was left jiffy clean after each phase of work. Your project supervisor, Ed Harvey, deserves special thanks for keeping me informed and answering my questions.
It is a real pleasure to deal with a company that's fair, stands by their committments, and takes obvious pride in their work. Be assured that the next time I need remodeling or extensive home repairs, I'll be giving you a call. Dear Sir,
I am very late writing this note, but I still want to let you know that last year Will Hamm replaced several windows for us. We kept having leaks that I thought were because of the replacements. Each time I called Will he always came back to help me. He went "beyond the call of duty" to help me solve the leaking problems.
G&S is fortunate to have an employee such as Will. I appreciate all his efforts to help me solve my problem.

We always hear about the crappy stuff….customers complaining about everything and anything but I tell you I was impressed with the whole process of my replacement windows!
Danny was the most professional and informative of all the 3 sales people who called on me.
Ed showed up less than 2 hours after Danny left to measure the windows and gave me an exact date when they would be installed – friendly and informed me of the whole process.
Then there was Clem- the jewel of all! J . He and his crew were great!!!! Nothing more needs to be said.
The windows look great and we felt the difference right away.
You were not the cheapest but I‘m damn sure no one can beat your customer service!!!!!

2005 - Recently I stopped by to ask about your replacing one of the windows on a sunporch which you had installed. The window had been fogging up and the others had been fine. Your secretary told me that she would send Drew over to check on what could be done. I can't say enough good about this employ of yours, for he came the next week when he was back in town and checked the window. He came back again to measure and he promised it would be replaced soon. The new replacement was installed today and Drew followed through with a call to see if the work was satisfactory. You are very fortunate to have Drew on your staff, for he is definitely an asset to your business which I will happily use again and recommend to my friends. G&S Supply Company: I have never been able to write this kind of letter in the 40 years that I have been in my home. Coby, Doug & Chris installed 8 windows for me.
