OUR PROCESS

  1. Present sales proposal and execute contract
  2. Apply for ARB approval (if necessary)
  3. Pull permit
  4. Inspect site and re-measure for quality control by Production Manager
  5. Order materials
  6. Installation is scheduled with customer/client for coordination with dedicated contractors
  7. Inspection of existing siding and make any necessary repairs
  8. Install house wrap moisture barrier and insulation board over existing siding
  9. Install vinyl siding on home
  10. Walkthrough with homeowner and perform any unfinished punch list items
  11. Receive final payment
